PUBLIC NOTICE – FRAUDULENT STAND SALES
It has come to our attention that there are some unscrupulous housing trusts that are purporting to be working with UDCORP selling stands on land they are claiming was developed by UDCORP in Beatrice, Manyame (Breamar Farm).
The Corporation wishes to notify members of the public that it is not working with any company, land developer, trust, agent or co-operative on any of its projects. UDCORP has not given anyone a mandate to sell or allocate residential stands on its behalf. The public hereby is advised that, UDCORP has not developed any land or stands in Harare South.
UDCORP has also received information that there are unsuspecting home seekers who have been tricked into making payments for its Manressa Flats. Please note these flats are not yet on the market. UDCORP has not appointed any agents or individuals to sell any properties on its behalf. The Corporation DISSASSOCIATES itself from these fraudulent activities.
We encourage members of the public to verify any information pertaining to UDCORP projects with our Marketing Department on 0242 705090/1 or visit our Harare Head Office at 8th Floor, Trust Towers, 56 Samora Machel Avenue or our Bulawayo Office at 8th Floor Fidelity Life Centre, Corner Fife Street & 11th Avenue for more information before making any payments or commitments.
UDCORP has in the meanwhile reported these activities to the police. If any members of the public have been duped by these unscrupulous individuals they are encouraged to report the individuals to the police.
