INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES
The Corporation wishes to recruit experienced and reputable law firms to provide UDCORP with Legal Services when needed for a period of three (3) years starting from the 2020 financial year.
The scope of the services will be provided at the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.
Interested law firms are requested to submit an Expression of Interest to offer legal services. The EOI must provide the following information;
A profile of the firm indicating professional capacity to provide services accompanied by the following documents:
- Company Profile
- Financial Profile
The firm’s staff profiles setting out experience and core competencies stating the following:
- Organisation Structure including any associates and/or partner firms;
- Number of years in practice of each partner;
- Practising certificates copy
- Dedicated area and core competency.
Demonstrated experience of the firm which should include:
- Conveyancing
- Transactional and advisory services
- Labour Law
- Litigation
In addition Certificate of Incorporation; current Tax Clearance Certificate and three contactable referees.
