The Urban Development Corporation (UDCORP) under its mandate of encouraging and assisting Local Authorities in planning urban growth and development as well as improving the standards of living of general populace of Zimbabwe is inviting Registered Land Surveyors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for registration on the Corporate’s Consultants Database.
- Producing digital survey data using existing software packages
- Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
- Stamping all legal descriptions and maps per Local and State regulations.
- Writing descriptions of property boundaries
- Producing base maps / topographical maps
- Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or any other related programme from a recognized university.
- 7 years working experience.
- Registration with a relevant professional body.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
